Silver Medal Award

Congratulations to Michelle Lintz, winner of the Silver Medal Award for 2008.

The 3rd Annual Black Hills Advertising Awards & Silver Medal Event on Thursday was a huge success!

There was a record of 140 entries that were submitted by local businesses and advertising agencies, showing off their creative flair for TV, radio, print, websites, promotional materials and more at the 3rd Annual Black Hills Advertising Awards and Silver Medal Event Thursday May 8th. The event was a huge success with record attendance, attracting over 150 business professionals and marketing medias throughout the Black Hills.

Michelle Lintz from the Convention and Visitors Bureau was honored with the Silver Medal Award, an Award recognizing men and women who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and have been active in furthering the industry's standards. It also acknowledges creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern. The award is considered by the American Advertising Federation and the Black Hills Advertising Federation as the highest honor bestowed upon a practitioner by his/her peers.

On behalf of the Black Hills Advertising Board we want to thank everyone who submitted entries, came to the event and most of all, those that sponsored the event to make it happen!
